Office Policy

As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claims electronically, expediting the processing of all claims. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please allow our office time for the full process of your claim. Please note that all benefits quoted are not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company, and that we are not in network with any insurance provider.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore full payment is due at the time service is rendered.  We will make you aware of all charges associated with your treatment before it begins.
